End Credit Card Debt With Our Law Firm

Dealing With Credit Card Debt

Credit card debt is relentless and so are the harsh debt collectors and collection agencies hired by your creditors to collect from you.

It often starts with watching the finance and late charges grow higher than your credit card minimum payments, then being unable to afford the minimum payments. At that point for many of our clients, their credit card debt snowballs and the stress becomes extremely difficult to manage.

End Creditor Harassment Now | Contact Our Office: 314-266-7830

At Bublitz & Baro, LLC, we understand what dealing with these kinds of pressures is like. We work with people who are dealing with overwhelming debt every single day.

Helping You Overcome Financial Challenges

We take great pride in helping our clients overcome their financial challenges, end creditor harassment, stop foreclosure, stop garnishments and get back on solid financial ground.

The two of us — attorneys Steven Bublitz and Kimber Baro — joined forces in 2000, to help people overcome financial challenges. Prior to that we were lawyers with other firms. Together, we have more than 46 years' combined experience in the practice of law.

Creditors Cannot Bother You Anymore

Once we file for bankruptcy — Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 — on behalf of a client, all creditor harassment must stop. You are protected by an automatic stay. If they do by chance call, refer them to your lawyer.

Some creditors may have already filed a lawsuit against you, and are now garnishing your wages to collect on their debt. Again, if you file for bankruptcy, any wage garnishment or efforts to sue you to collect must stop.

What About My Credit Rating?

Many people are concerned about their credit report rating and what will happen to it if they file for bankruptcy. The truth is, if you are already in default on your bills your credit score is already sinking. However, in either a Chapter 7 bankruptcy or a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, you can begin to rebuild your credit score immediately after filing bankruptcy.
